We considered the particles as an ensemble of rough spheroids with a log-normal size distribution of particles, described by the effective radius, $r_{eff}$ and the effective variance $v_{eff} = 0.1$. The axes ratios of the spheroids ranged from $–3$ to $3$ (i.e. the mixture included both prolate and oblate spheroids).
The effective radius of particles changes from $0.1$ to $5$ micron with a logarithmic step equal to $\frac{log(5.0) - log(0.1)}{15}$.
